1. Technical Support

For all technical issues, email me:

If you have any problems whatsoever, let me ASAP. I aim to fix problems as soon as I know of them.

If I don’t reply within 24 hours, PLEASE SEND ANOTHER EMAIL. Don’t wait. Hassle me.

If you can’t access something or you’ve lost your login information, I don’t want you to wait around.

2. Email Support

Everyone gets technical support, indefinitely, no questions asked. But specific guidance from me relating to your ex, or to life post-ex.. must be limited by necessity as I operate alone.

With email support, there are three possibilities for you:

  1. You have not purchased any of my email support plans;
  2. You have purchased a plan, but have since used it up;
  3. You currently have an active email support plan of some description.

ONE of the above will accurately describe your current support status.

If it’s the first or second one (no active email plan) then you will need to purchase email support to receive 1-on-1 guidance from me. I offer a range of 1-on-1 options to suit most budgets. For more details, see my service menu →

If you have an active support plan, then you already received instructions on how to use it!

3. Feedback & Suggestions

If you have a question about a situation that isn’t adequately covered by the product you purchased, and you DO NOT have active support of any kind, you can still let me know. That way I can improve the site for everyone in due course.

Please outline in your email what you feel is lacking, or could be better, and do so in as few words as possible.

I will add your request to my “future update todo list.”

Beyond that..

  • I love hearing success stories, so get sharing..
  • I also appreciate that not everyone can — or should — get back with their ex.. but here, we emphasise GETTING YOURSELF BACK as much or more than that, so I love hearing how members are progressing with that just as much as those who make headway with their ex.
